Arunachal Pradesh to organize youths’ conclave ‘ATAL’ in September

Arunachal Pradesh government is going to organize a youths’ conclave, titled ATAL (Arunachal Transformation & aspirational leadership) Conclave, in September, this year. The three-day conclave which starts on September 22, will see the participation of 1000 youths of the state in the age group of 18 to 30 years. Participants shall brainstorm and present their ideas, proposals, and solutions for government policies and existing challenges faced by the state before expert panels. Further, interactive sessions with key policymakers, bureaucrats, sectoral experts, thought leaders, grass-root change-makers are also planned to be hosted in the conclave.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu has invited youths of the state to engage pro-actively in the areas of public policy and governance by participating in the ATAL Conclave and called upon them to get registered at www.atalconclave.in.

Mr. Khandu said that around 40 percent of the population of Arunachal Pradesh is in the active age group of 18 -30 years who thrive with ideas and suggestions for the betterment of the state and the Nation. He said, they require a credible platform to share their ideas and have meaningful dialogue with leaders and policymakers in the Government, which ATAL Conclave will provide.
