ABOUT
Creating Universities as Centers of Excellence requires promoting research as the two complement each other. Fostering capabilities in people to ensure latter (i.e. quality research) will lead to the achievement of the former (i.e. University as a Centre of Excellence). Supporting research also ensures organization of learning where the faculty ploughs back latest developments into the classroom thereby enriching the academic delivery. To support and foster research capability, the Research Cell is organizing a workshop on “Development of Research Tool” by Dr. Amit Ahuja, Associate Professor, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Amit Ahuja, is an eminent scholar and educator whose passion lies at the intersection of education and innovation. With a rich background in Chemistry and Education, Dr. Ahuja has not only garnered academic accolades but has also been honored with prestigious awards like the 32nd Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Memorial National Teacher Award in 2016. His expertise spans across diverse fields including Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Science Education, and more. He is an Associate Professor at the University School of Education, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, supervised numerous M.Ed. dissertations and Ph.D. He contributed significantly to the development of educational curricula.
Dr. Ahuja is a seasoned researcher, having presented papers at national and international conferences, and has made impactful contributions to the field of education through his publications. His dedication to shaping the future of education is truly inspiring.
