DHAATRI AWARD for Best Health Care Worker who have done yeoman’s service to the cause of breast milk donation/lactation management (Nurse/midwife/lactation counselors)
The award will be presented to the healthcare worker who has contributed to encouraging mothers to donate breast milk and has worked towards increasing community awareness to breast milk donation.
All the nominations received from different milk banks will be screened by an eminent panel of judges and the selected person will be intimated.
The award includes a letter of appreciation with a Certificate and a cash prize of Rs 10,000/-

Criteria:
The healthcare worker must have contributed to encouraging mothers to donate expressed breast milk significantly to the milk bank thus helping in saving other neonates. Kindly enclose proof of the volume of milk collected/number of mothers. A letter from the concerned milk bank medical officer indicating the same will be appreciated.
The healthcare worker should have conducted educational activities (within the healthcare facility or in the community) or should have created educational materials promoting awareness on breast milk donation and utilization. Documentary evidence in the form of newspaper reports on the activities/photographs of these sessions/any news articles or felicitations done is to be uploaded with the abstract/full paper for award.

The following criteria are used to select the Best Milk Bank:
Documentary evidence in the form of newspaper reports on the activities/photographs of the activities/any news articles about the milk bank will be appreciated.
Consent from the in-charge officer of the milk bank is required.
Details of the milk bank (name of the milk bank, phone no, corresponding address, photograph).

1. The complete paper has to be submitted with the title page, summary (abstract), and the body.
2. The text of the summary should be structured as far as possible in the following manner:

4. Total word count should be limited to 2500 words excluding tables, pictures, and references.

The scientific committee will evaluate the submissions, and the three best posters will be selected for platform presentations on the day of the conference. The abstract should contain NOT more than 500 words. It should be structured as far as possible in the following manner:
