Mr. Aditya is a results-oriented MBA graduate with a strong background in strategy and project management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead initiatives that drive organizational success, particularly in educational program management and strategic planning. As a Program Associate for the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha, he managed the implementation of the Aspirational Curriculum in over 7,000 schools and led training sessions for more than 1,000 participants. His efforts in digital education included rolling out the Kaushali curriculum, boosting IT literacy across the region.
Aditya’s expertise extends to consulting and market research, evident in his role as an Associate Consultant at Marketaligist and his internships at Colliers International, where he contributed to strategic projects in market research and technical due diligence. His hands-on experience also includes municipal management, where he developed an innovation report on sustainable waste management while interning at the Nashik Municipal Corporation.
An accomplished leader, Aditya has successfully overseen teams, guided consultancy projects to introduce IT education in government high schools and developed marketing and recruitment strategies. A gold medalist MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, he holds extensive skills in strategy, management, financial modeling and real estate. His achievements include victories in inter-college badminton tournaments and a passion for swimming and learning through audiobooks.
