A TEDx speaker with over 27 years of rich experience in corporate and academia, Prof. (Dr.) Kirti Dutta is a constant seeker of knowledge and excellence. She has helped manage and build processes in institutions of higher learning during her career. She is a prolific researcher and has a number of publications to her credit. Her areas of interest include – Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing of Services, Ethics and CSR etc. She is working on many national and international projects in the domain of branding, communications and services marketing. She has co-authored more than 80 research papers published in national and international journals and conference proceedings apart from contributing chapters in a number of edited books.
She has authored three text-books with Oxford University Press – “Services: Marketing, Operations and Management”, “Brand Management: Principles and Practices” and “Integrated Marketing Communications”. She has also co-edited a book on Entrepreneurship Learning and Development for CEGR. She promotes research by being a PhD supervisor and examiner for many universities.
She has also conducted a number of FDPs for faculty of renowned institutes and MDPs for Maharatna and Multinational companies. She is on the review panel of a number of international journals like International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Technology Marketing, Total Quality Management Journal (by Emerald) to name a few.
