Mainak Maheshwari has over 24 years of experience spanning business and HR roles. He also holds a patent for HR capability development.  He is a certified coach (ACC, ICF) and Hogan assessor. Mainak has successfully implemented projects and programs across the globe and is adept at leading cross-location teams. His experience includes human capital strategy, culture, talent development (performance, leadership development, succession planning, competency development, learning, engagement, diversity) and talent acquisition (including on-boarding and background check). He has also led HRIS implementation and introducing HR metrics to improve performance.

Mainak has a profound experience of working with giants like Accenture, Absoludata Analytics, Heidrick and Struggles, Hewitt Associates, and is currently the Director at PeopleAsset. Mainak is an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
