Nirmala comes with 30 years of experience in IT services industry in distributed delivery working with Fortune 100 customers across the globe. In her earlier role, Nirmala was working as Global Account/ Delivery Executive for one of the strategic accounts in Financials Services Sector for Capgemini in Brussels, Belgium (2017-2019).
Prior to that, Nirmala was based in Stockholm, Sweden (2015-2017) to focus on strategic growth accounts in Financials Services Sector in Sweden, Capgemini. In her role in Sweden, as a delivery executive, she lead a team to deliver a strategic digital transformation program for one of the largest banks in Sweden. Nirmala is part of Financial services business unit, and have played Global Delivery Executive role for large UK Banks with Captive engagement model. Nirmala has been part of core leadership team accountable for account strategy, to deliver financial KPIs for one of top 3 strategic accounts for Financial services BU Capgemini. Nirmala has played diverse roles throughout her career such as – Delivery Executive, Sales and Relationship Executive, Organization Change management lead, Sales Support/Business development Lead, Function Head of Quality Group and Process consulting.
Nirmala has managed large and complex customer delivery/client relationships across the globe (UK, India, NA, Japan, Australia, South Africa, Singapore) in global delivery model in various functional domains. Solution Design and Delivery of multi-million dollar turn-key and business transformation deals/projects for Fortune 100 customers. Nirmala has led organisation/account wide change management initiatives, in the area of innovation, productivity improvement, process improvement.
