Dr. Shalini is a highly dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for the field of psychology. As a Practitioner in Counselling and faculty of Psychology, she has made significant contributions to both the field and academics from last more than 16 years. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, with a specialization in Adolescence and Mental Health. She also completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Her professional experience has been focused on application counselling and practising psychology, among various groups with different setups in public and private sectors.

She is known for her dynamic and engaging teaching style, fostering critical thinking, and inspiring students to explore the depths of psychological knowledge. She is a dedicated educator who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others. She takes a practical, hands-on approach to teaching, and guiding students in Ph.D. and research. Her dedication to academic excellence extends beyond the classroom, as she is actively involved in groundbreaking research in the field.

Dr. Shalini joined us as an Associate Professor in the School of Psychology and Education at Rishihood University, Sonipat, where has been teaching and facilitating students.
