I embarked on my professional journey as a microbiologist at the National Center for Cell Sciences after completing my master’s from Fergusson College in Pune. However, my path took an exciting turn, leading me into the world of the development sector and propelled me to hone my project management skills as well as to pursue a master’s degree in business administration. It was during my UPSC preparation days, while I was also volunteering for the End Polio Now program that my passion for the development sector truly flourished.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of making meaningful contributions in the development field, striving to make a positive impact in society. I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of some groundbreaking initiatives.
Currently, I serve as a manager at Rishihood University, where I play a crucial role in the office of the COO. Prior to this, I had the opportunity to oversee admissions and executive learning programs at the institution, allowing me to develop a well-rounded skill set.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find solace in the world of Kathak dance, where I continue to explore my creative side. It’s through this artistic outlet that I’ve learned to approach problem-solving and overcoming obstacles with a unique perspective. Additionally, I enjoy expressing myself through the mediums of poetry, sketching, painting, and pottery. I am also a yoga professional in the making.
I enjoy navigating the exciting intersections of science, business, and creativity and aspire to share my writing with the world.
