Ritesh Ranjan is an Art Historian, Curator, Educator and Art – Life Therapist; as a Researcher, he is working on Art, Conflict, and Politics along with his professional commitments. Ritesh has done Masters in Art History with a specialization in Curatorial Practices, Certificate courses in Art Life Therapy Coaching, Career Counselling, International Law and Human Rights, Digital Journalism, Social Design and also pursuing a Ph.D. in Art History.
Ritesh has worked with various Art Organisations of India and Abroad as a Curator, Administrator, and Researcher for many years along with independent writing and curatorial projects. Now he is associated with Art Education and has been teaching Art/ Design History, Design Thinking, Critical Theories, Aesthetics, Contemporary Art Practices and other Allied Subjects at some of the leading Art & Design Departments
of North India since 2017 in a full-time capacity. Ritesh has authored 2 books on Art History and over 10 Research papers/Book Chapters in prestigious Research Journals/Publications.
A recipient of several awards and accolades Ritesh is actively engaged with the questions of Art, Life, Humanity, Social Justice, Socio-cultural discourses and rational thinking in post – modern Indian Society with a specific reference of Cutting- edge Art & Design Practices.
