Soumya Aggarwal is the Director at RishiEd – Rishihood Univerty’s Lifelong Learning initiative. Before taking up this responsibility at Rishihood, Soumya was the CEO and Founder at Pluskul, an initiative focussed on building next-generation thought-leaders. She believes that young students hold the future in their hands, and it is our responsibility to guide them with ancient wisdom and modern insights. Soumya curates experiences and designs curriculum to introduce teenagers to Yogic thinking, Design thinking and Exponential thinking through fests, conferences, and expeditions, thus equipping them with tools to become future leaders. 

She is a young social entrepreneur who believes in Indian spirituality and ethos. Inspired by honesty, she aims to create a global movement where students prepare themselves for life rather than educate themselves for careers. She also believes that mindful parenting is an essential instrument for holistic development in young kids.

She also serves as the executive advisor of Gateway Education, Delhi NCR providing affordable quality education. She is the curator of Families for Change at Rashtram – School of Public Leadership. She has developed Manifesto, a card game on electoral politics. An Avid Reader, she has also written several articles in newspapers and web magazines on important national issues. She likes to conceptualize and implement new initiatives for youth leadership. She has been recognised as a Youth Leader at the Indo-ASEAN Youth Summit by the Ministry of External Affairs. Also, she represented India in the Youth – G20 summit in Japan held in May 2019.
