Associate Manager - Academic Operations, OAA

Mr Suryaprakash is an accomplished professional with a strong background in both engineering and management. He completed his B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, during which he showed his entrepreneurial spirit by founding a startup focused on promoting Indian culture and supporting cultural artists. This initiative earned him the Young Entrepreneurs Award in 2020 in Delhi. After his B.Tech, Suryaprakash pursued an MBA in Urban Management and Governance at the prestigious XIM University Bhubaneswar. While at XIM University, he took on leadership roles, serving as the head of the Media and Public Relations Cell. In this role, he organized various events, such as LinkedIn workshops, an annual media conclave, and TED Talks. He was also involved in the university’s admissions process and helped with the orientation of new students.

Suryaprakash gained valuable experience through internships with renowned companies like Colliers International and IBI Group India. His work didn’t stop there; he also contributed to crucial government initiatives. Notably, he was part of the technical team for the Aarogya Setu mobile application, a key tool used by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic.

His commitment to social causes is evident from his long-standing involvement with various social and
development organizations. He has worked extensively on community development projects and served as a Monitoring Officer for the Mo School Abhiyan under the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha. In this role, he contributed to important projects like the High School Transformation Program
and the implementation of the Aspirational Curriculum across the state.

Outside of his professional work, Suryaprakash enjoys playing badminton, chess, and cricket. His journey reflects his dedication to making a positive impact through a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to community development.
