How do we deliver it?

Learning Pedagogy

Rishihood Leadership Lab is designed to create a distinctive, learner-focused experience, blending interactive activities with student autonomy and responsibility. Our approach fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, enriching educational quality and outcomes. “Experience before explanation” is our guiding principle, promoting active engagement before theoretical understanding.

Analog Classrooms

Our analog classroom environment further enhances the learning experience. This analog approach helps students create their own learning spaces, which evolve into personalized museums of knowledge and solutions. It promotes a tactile and sensory-rich experience, emphasizing that education should be interactive and immersive.

3.
Hybrid Structure

We offer a hybrid delivery model to ensure flexibility and sustained engagement. The program consists of 40 hours of in-person sessions and 20 hours of online project mentoring over a period of 5 months. The offline sessions are focused on hands-on learning and real-world applications. The online component includes project mentoring to maintain continuity and support throughout the program.

Dynamic Mentors

Mentors are the heart of Rishihood Leadership Lab’s success. Each school is assigned three mentors, one for each grade, who are part of our experienced and dynamic mentor community. These mentors are experts in creating engaging classroom environments and are skilled at connecting with high school students.
