Dr. Jeevan Deep Sehgal brings over 23 years of experience across corporate and academia. He holds a Ph.D. from Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O.P. Jindal Global University, along with postgraduate qualifications from XLRI Jamshedpur and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi. He is also UGC-NET qualified. Before joining Rishihood, he served as Head HR at Jio Institute and Associate Professor & Additional Director, HR at O.P. Jindal Global University. His corporate experience includes PeopleStrong, Orange Business Services, 3i Infotech, and Alcatel. He taught courses in organisational development, compensation, consumer psychology, entrepreneurship, and HR management. His research interests include Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, and Sustainability. He has co-authored Strategic Compensation Management & Design and published a Scopus-indexed book chapter with Springer.
