Mohit’s professional odyssey commenced at Philips India Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in the healthcare vertical. Managing customer relationships and leading channel partners, Mohit excelled in rectifying escalated issues for prominent healthcare institutions like Medanta, PGIMER Chandigarh, Fortis, and Max Hospital. Transitioning to Advenio TecnoSys Pvt Ltd, Mohit spearheaded an Artificial Intelligence-based healthcare project. Here, his responsibilities spanned Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and overseeing Clinical trials across diverse product lines throughout India.
A significant milestone in his career was becoming the first Training and Placement Cell officer for NIT Kurukshetra & IIIT Sonepat (Mentored by NIT Kurukshetra). Managing two elite educational institute placement cells simultaneously, Mohit formulated comprehensive policies, fostered corporate relations, and significantly enhanced placements and internships. His initiatives extended to the development of Centers of Excellence, E-Cell, and I-Cell.
Drawing from his experience, Mohit further contributed to the academic arena by working with prestigious institutions such as SOIL School of Business Design and Great Lakes Institute of Management.
