GUIDELINES FOR PAPER CONTRIBUTORS

Paper Submission Requirements

  • Submit a full paper with an abstract and Min 3 keywords.
  • Papers should be in MS Word format
  • Use A4 page size, single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font
  • Minimum word limit 3000 words & Maximum word limit of 45000 – 5000 words per paper.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Kindly include the author’s full name, designation, affiliations, email & Mobile Number.
  • Please do not add any other biographical details of the author apart from what has been mentioned above.
  • Papers must be written in English for acceptance in the conference. Follow the APA 8th edition citation format

Review Process

  • Papers will be reviewed by the Review Committee
  • Reviewer comments, if any, will be communicated to authors for necessary action

Copyright and Originality

  • Submit a signed copyright form along with the paper
  • The paper must be original and unpublished elsewhere

Presentation at the Conference

  • Selected papers will be invited for presentation
  • Maximum duration of each presentation shall not exceed 10 minutes.
  • Presentations can be made via poster or Power Point.
  • Presentations will be followed by remarks by the chairperson of the session.

Academic and Research Practices

  • Papers must follow best academic and research practices
  • Improper structure may lead to rejection

Publication

  • All accepted papers will be published in an edited book with ISBN by a reputed publisher.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER CONTRIBUTORS

  1. The full poster should be accompanied by a copyright form duly signed by the authors and sent to the organizers through post. The organizers will share the copyright forms with the authors once their abstracts are selected. The copyright form contains a declaration that the poster is original and has not been published anywhere
  2. Only selected posters will be published in the conference proceedings, and the authors will be invited for poster presentation at the conference
  3. The posters must follow the best academic and research practices. Improper structure of the submissions may lead to rejection
  4. A poster of A3 size with appropriate content is desirable

AWARDS

  • Best Paper Award: This award will be presented based on the recommendation of the panel of experts.
  • Best Presentation Award: This award will be granted following the panel of experts’ recommendation.
  • Best Citation Award: This award will be conferred based on the panel of experts’ recommendation.
  • Best Library Professional Award: This award will be conferred based on the panel of experts.
