Mr Anshul Jain

Mr Anshul Jain, President – International Business with Stonex India is initiating, shaping and creating a futuristic international business vertical for the organisation.

Building new businesses and crafting a space for his ideas resonates his belief that “change is the new constant”.

Mr Jain has held coveted positions as the Country Head for Michael Aram Inc. and Head of Home at Li & Fung (India) while carving a niche for himself as a seasoned professional dealing with global retailers & brands for their sourcing needs from India in the fashion, lifestyle, Indian handicrafts and textiles domain. He is a solution focussed, seasoned and multi-faceted, entrepreneurial supply chain strategist with over 2-decades of progressive management expertise in business development, merchandising operations, buying & sourcing, product development, quality assurance and marketing arenas with demonstrated initiatives.

Experienced in diversified and global business environments, Mr. Jain is always evolving at new ways of doing businesses and planning ahead of the curve. AI and use of technology to scale businesses is his keen area of interest. His progressive vision is well concluded in lines of – J. P. Dr Srinivas Chunduru

Dr Srinivas is one of Ola’s key advisors and is on the board of Ola group companies. Srini’s areas of focus at Ola includes transformational projects and strategic initiatives in the areas of OD, HR, skilling and new business initiatives. He is also on the board of AF Capital (Avail), an innovative digital financial services company.

Dr Srinivas is the Founder & Member of the board at the Vans Group. Vans Investments focuses on investments in new-age internet consumer and fintech companies. VANS Skilling & Advisory is a boutique firm that focuses on helping companies scale. VANS partners with organizations in its journey through its unique “Interim model” and co-owns the outcome through rigor in execution. It has served clients in FMCG, housing finance, chemicals, consumer electrical, manufacturing and new-age internet companies over the last few years. VANS also helps companies, especially the new-age companies through a unique “Academy” offering of helping the companies scale through its signature certified program on “Recruit, Train and Deliver”. 

Dr Srinivas, an executive entrepreneur is a business leader with over two decades of experience across diverse functions such as P&L Management, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations and Strategic HR. Srini brings in extensive experience in managing large teams and partnering closely with founders/ promoters/ family managed businesses.

Srini has been the Executive Director at Piramal Housing Finance. Srini has experience in diverse industries such as Housing finance, real estate, Glass packaging, Mobility, EV, food, Pharma and Engineering.

Srini is a recipient of several awards. To name a few CLO of the year (TISS, Leap Vault), Gold award for Best Simulation for finance ( CLO conference) and CHRO of the year (Times Ascent). 

Mr Hetang Shah

Mr Hetang Shah brings with him a sound knowledge of finance and management with a deep understanding of the business process, capital structuring, business planning and implementation, merger & acquisitions, business valuation and extensive use of technology. 

He has worked with banking, pharma and healthcare, information and technology, legal and compliance matter, virtual CFO and CXO support. He has been an integral part of the journey of preparing the companies for the next orbit of sustainable growth and drive the change with teamwork. He has now been in the education industry since 1994. 

Mr Himanshu Manglik

Mr Himanshu Manglik is the Founder & President of WALNUTCAP Consulting. He is a management consultant with extensive cross-functional experience in working with multinational companies as well as Indian businesses in ‘Sales and Marketing’, ‘ Brand management and Communications’, ‘Strategy and Planning’ and in ‘Turnaround situations’. Mr Himanshu has 40 years of experience across industry and academics and has been involved with handling many successful projects as well as resolving extraordinary crisis situations. An MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Postgraduate in Economics from Delhi University he is currently also a Visiting Faculty and Academic Advisor at Management Schools including IIM Shillong and others in Lucknow, Indore and Delhi. He has been on the Board of ‘Business and Community Foundation’ , writes extensively on issues relating to marketing, economy and the society and is invited as  jury and panelist on public forums. He is of the firm belief that good leaders do not compromise on professional integrity and sustainable brands are anchored in ethical marketing. 

Himanshu Manglik has worked closely with CEOs and Senior Management across diverse industries and companies and with some of the toughest brands including Nestle, JWT, India Today, Times of India, Shalimar Paints, Sankey Wheels, GOLDCAFE and Godrej. Some of the projects that he has worked on are virtual case studies in management and amongst others include the launch of ‘GOLDCAFE 100% Pure Instant Coffee’, the “PUF advertising campaign’ for Godrej refrigerators and the “MAGGI Crisis’.  He believes that business succeeds when professional managers act as if they own the business, understand the importance of systems and processes, but have an entrepreneurial mindset and constantly search for innovative solutions. It was his commitment to these fundamentals that enabled him to successfully launch FMCG brands nationally, helped create path-breaking advertising campaigns,  manage factory operations impacted by prolonged labour strife, and stand solidly at the forefront of the MAGGI crisis at Nestle in what was undoubtedly the biggest crisis faced by the food industry in India. Himanshu has always been passionate and committed to creating long term value. His expertise in marketing, brand building, communication and understanding of general management and human relations makes his experiences a unique competitive advantage.

Mr Parmeet Singh Sood

Mr Parmeet Singh Sood is a serial entrepreneur and runs successful companies in the domain of Components manufacturing, Consulting & International Trading with 2 Joint Ventures, 3 Global Warehouses, 4 Manufacturing Plants, 7 International Offices and exports to over 51 countries employing over 500 people globally.

After joining the small family business in 1999, he worked to make his company the First Rubber Components manufacturer in India to be certified to the stringent ISO/TS 16949 std. Currently working on attaining the IATF 16949 standard and is also India’s first GOLD Rated ZED Certified Company in their field. Climax Overseas today is the fastest-growing company in their domain deploying world-class manufacturing technologies as well as quality systems and they serve renowned names in the Automobile, Defence, Railways, Food Processing and other Industries with a major focus on the Commercial Vehicle components. The company has grown a 100 times in the last 15 years and have laid down a Target of making CMX a US$ 100 million group by 2023 from what was an under US$ 200,000 company when he joined in 1999.

Mr Sood is a Trainer and Public Speaker having shared the same platform as Tony Robbins, Richard Branson, Brian Tracy to name a few as a speaker at the National Achievers Conference 2017/2018/2019. Mr Sood is also the best-selling author of books like Blood, Heart & Soul, Struggles to Success and The Art & Science of Negotiation and has written over 100 Articles on various topics so far. Mr Parmeet Singh Sood is now on a mission to help other Small & Medium Businesses to scale up and with this vision, he has brought together domain experts under CMX Consulting to handhold Entrepreneurs and put them on a growth path.

Mr Sood was recently awarded the “Udyog Rattan” award by IES and has also been covered widely by International Tv, Print & News Media. Mr Sood was featured on Zee Business’s No. 1 business talk show, “SELF MADE,” has been the Cover Story on ‘Silicon India’ Magazine and recently covered by ‘Forbes India’ in their March 2019 edition on, “Globally Recognised Indian Business Leaders.”
