The mission of the Centre for Human Sciences, Rishihood University, is to carry forward the vision of the seers and sages of Bharat through various academic programs and activities. The Centre for Human Sciences is dedicated towards contextualizing Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy, Indian Knowledge Systems and Sanskrit to a large number of socio-cultural settings and strengthening India’s soft power with an objective to solve contemporary problems and attain spiritual unity of mankind.

Sri Aurobindo Sesquicentenary Celebrations

A Year-Long Course On Sri Aurobindo’s Life & Works
| July 2021 - August 2022 |

Sri Aurobindo’s teachings transcend time and space. As we approach the 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo, on 15th August 2022, this 150 hours course will re ect on his life & diverse works in the  elds of politics, Indian civilisation & its renaissance, education, arts & literature, consciousness and evolution, Integral Yoga, Vedas and shastras among many others. It attempts to spread Sri Aurobindo’s knowledge for solving contemporary problems and attaining spiritual unity of mankind.This course will give you an insight on the thoughts of one of the greatest intellectuals to tread amongst us.

Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR) - sponsored Lecture Series

The Centre for Human Sciences, Rishihood University, inaugurated an Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR)-sponsored series of lectures on ‘Sri Aurobindo’s Political and Cultural Philosophy: Nationalism and Swaraj’ at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi, to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo. It was a grand event that also marked ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ in India’s 75th year of Independence.
