Dr. Rama Nand Malviya is the Founding University Librarian of Rishihood University with over 30 years of experience in research, library, and information services. He has served as Professor and University Librarian at leading institutions and consulted on establishing specialized libraries nationwide. A prolific scholar, he has authored and edited 16 books and published over 62 research papers in refereed journals. Dr. Malviya is President of the Library Professionals Association and a life member of major Indian library bodies. He has organized national and international conferences, delivered keynote addresses, and guided postgraduate and doctoral scholars across universities.
