Water is a fundamental and critical resource for human survival, and it is essential to address the challenges associated with its scarcity. With increasing population, industrialization, and inadequate sustainable water management practices, there has been a significant depletion of groundwater over the years. Therefore, it is crucial to implement water conservation and management systems that ensure the availability of safe and sustainable water for all, irrespective of its purpose.
We cordially invite high school students from the Sonipat district to propose a water action plan for the region. We encourage students to suggest innovative ways and methods to conserve water and contribute to groundwater preservation.
We are excited to announce that all the plans will be submitted to Shri Bhupender Yadav Ji, and the winning proposal will receive an award from him. This competition provides an excellent platform for students to showcase their ideas and contribute to making Sonipat a water-resilient region. Let us work together towards creating a sustainable future for our community.
