4. Eligibility

Eligibility for Undergraduate Programs

  1. Students require a minimum of 50% or 5 CGPA in Grade 12 or equivalent qualifying examination from any recognized board.
  2. Students must submit any of the following aptitude test scores:
    • RSAT / SAT / ACT / CUET

*Students can directly apply through their SAT scores. Rishihood University’s DI Code for SAT applicants is 9208. All applicants applying with the SAT score need to upload their official transcripts on the Rishihood Application Portal.

Eligibility for Postgraduate Programs

  1. Students must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% from any recognized institution (in India or outside).
  2. Students must submit either one of the following aptitude tests:
    • For MBA / MBA (Entrepreneurship): RSAT, GMAT, CAT, MAT, NMAT, CMAT, XAT
    • For M Design: RSAT, CEED
  3. Those applying for PGDPL must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% from any recognized institution (in India or outside) and minimum 2 years of work experience.
  4. Students in the final year of their bachelors’ degree program may also apply, provided they submit their final year degree certificate / marksheets on or before 30th September 2024.

Important points

  • Rishihood University is a residential campus. All admitted learners are required to stay on campus during the semester.
  • A deposit of Rs 35,000 is to be made at the time of acceptance of the Offer of Admission. This is counted towards the total payable fee of the first year.
  • A one-time refundable security deposit of Rs 50,000 will be payable at the commencement of the program. The Security Deposit will be refunded at the time of graduation from Rishihood University or after withdrawal of admission from the program.
  • The tuition and housing fees are to be paid in advance for each semester within a week of the declaration of results of the previous semester.
  • The housing fee is based on an average stay of nine months a year. Special permissions must be sought if a learner seeks to stay on campus during vacations.
  • The housing fee includes the following:
      1. Twin-sharing room for 2 semesters
      2. Vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner)
      3. Apple MacBook (Your Walking Lab)
      4. Sports Facilities
      5. Laundry
      6. Internet
  • Miscellaneous costs like field trips, domestic/local/international immersions, specialization-specific software, stationery, consumables, printing, photocopying, books, study material, sports equipment & consumables, shuttle bus, etc. are not included in the fees mentioned above. They will be charged at actuals.
  • The annual fees are subject to revision up to 5% in consonance with inflation.

They will be charged at actuals.
  • The annual fees are subject to revision up to 5% in consonance with inflation.

3. Doctorate Program

Admissions open for Ph.D Program for the coming academic year:

  • Ph.D Admission cycle begins in October 2023. Stay tuned for the announcement of dates shortly.

Application Fee: A scholar can make more than one application and there is no application fee for applying for the program.

Course Fee: The fee will be charged each semester as per University rules/ norms applicable from time to time. For the Batch starting in 2023, the scholars will have to pay a one-time fee of Rs. 15,000 towards registration (which is refundable) and a semester fee of Rs. 15,000 per semester.

Stipend and Perks: The on-campus Ph.D. students will be given a stipend of Rs. 50,000, hostel accommodation (twin-sharing basis), and food at the mess. They will work as teaching associates and research associates at the university.
