Curiosity (उत्सुकता utsukatā)

Curiosity is an essential quality that drives us to seek out new experiences, ideas, and knowledge. It is the impulse that pushes us to explore, to question, to experiment, and to learn. Without curiosity, we would remain stagnant and uninterested in the world around us. It inspires creativity and innovation, and allows us to approach life with an open mind, to be receptive to different perspectives, and even to embrace uncertainty. It fosters a culture of learning and improvement and can help organizations to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing world.

Curiosity can be cultivated:
-by encouraging others to ask questions and to explore topics that interest them

-by fostering willingness to take risks and to accept the possibility of failure or disappointment
