Job Overview:

Rishihood University, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager – Research and Innovation at our Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). This key position will work under the guidance of the Deputy Registrar, contributing to strategic planning, academic administration, faculty development, and the integration of international best practices in academics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Contribution: Support the Deputy Registrar in augmenting the Rishihood Quotient within our university programs. Your innovative mindset and strategic thinking will help drive the evolution of our academic approach.

2. Academic Administration Support: Aid the Deputy Registrar in academic administration tasks, ensuring the effective operation of university programs. You will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of our academic operations.

3. Faculty Development: Organize and execute Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops, aiding our faculty to remain current with the latest trends and developments in research and academia.

4. International Best Practices: Research and identify academic practices from reputed institutions worldwide, suggesting relevant strategies for incorporation into the Rishihood learning experience.

5. Documentation: Rigorously document best practices, innovative processes, and outcomes, creating a rich repository of resources for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Deans and colleagues to align with the university’s shared strategic academic vision. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth implementation of the university’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

– A Ph.D./Master’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
– A minimum of 8 years’ experience in academia, with a focus on research, development, and administration.

– Demonstrated ability to identify and propose the implementation of international best practices in academic settings.
– Experience in detailed documentation of processes, best practices, and outcomes.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

– A proven commitment to continuous learning, faculty development, and innovation.
– Understanding of current trends in higher education, research methodologies, and a solid network within the academic community.

– Experience in organizing workshops and faculty development programs is preferred.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics.

We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Assistant Director, Branding and Communications to be a part of our communications team at RU. The candidate should have an excellent listening ear and knowledge of the education industry. Furthermore, should be willing to work flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing to develop and refine the overall content strategy.

• Identify target audience segments and tailor content plans to meet their needs and preferences.

• Stay current with industry trends and competitor content strategies to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.

2. Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, ebooks, and more.

• Work closely with in-house content creators, freelance writers, designers, and videographers to ensure high-quality content production.

• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content releases.

3. Audience Engagement and Growth:

• Implement SEO strategies to improve content discoverability and drive organic traffic.

• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

• Foster audience engagement through social media, email marketing, and other channels.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor team for content.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including SEO, design, sales, and product teams, to align content marketing efforts with overall business goals.

5. Budget Management:

• Assist in the development and management of the content marketing budget.

• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on content initiatives.

6. Content Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards.

• Maintain high standards of content quality and accuracy.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in content marketing, with at least [X years] in a leadership or managerial role.
