ABOUT
Calling Faculty and Research Students (PhD/Masters) interested in EEG and physiological measures for experimental research. Perfect for beginners, this workshop delves into EEG signal nature, acquisition techniques, and optimizing recording setups for high-quality, artifact-free data. Ideal for those crafting research paradigms in cognitive science, psychology, user experience, and marketing research.
Why attend?
Electroencephalography is a non-invasive method for the human physiological data acquisition. This method has high temporal resolution to record the brain activity. Human brain function can be explored using EEG and other physiological measures such as heart rate variation, galvanic skin responses, respiration rate etc.
Human behavior can be explored in a precise way using physiological responses. It is a great tool for research in the field of neuroscience, clinical psychology, wellbeing and alternative medicine, contemplative science, marketing and consumer behavior research, design and user interface research, user experience research, product design and ergonomics research, brain machine interface design and many more.
This two-days’ workshop at Rishihood University will cover the following topics.
