Shikha Tyagi is a nature lover with a deep appreciation for poetry and art. She is an educational enthusiast, instructional designer, curriculum developer, trainer, and researcher. Committed to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development in learners. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English from Shiv Nadar University. In her academic pursuits, she has presented several research papers and wrote her thesis on the topic- ‘The Re-formation of Tibetan Identity in the Indian Hill Station of McLeodganj, Dharamshala.

Shikha served as a Gandhi Fellow for two years in rural Rajasthan, where she mobilized community donors and collaborated with the Department of Women and Child Development to establish a model preschool center in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Her initiatives significantly improved classroom learning experiences and revamped pedagogical techniques.

With over five years dedicated to transforming the educational structure, Shikha has worked with organizations like Udayy, Learning Mate, and Master’s Union as a learning and development expert.
